I just got one for myself Teri - and I load a lot of NPR podcasts on it. There's a cuople of great author interview series put out by Barnes and Noble too. One is called Meet The Writer, hosted by Katherine Lanhper and the other is called Barnes and Noble One on One.

I just got a shuffle to have 'walking' music on and for a recent road trip, I downloaded from iTunes, a bunch of podcasts of one of my favorite NPR shows, Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me and another interview program I like, Fresh Air. Super price and very usedful!

I too love these, love candles, love lights. But after two house fires within 9 months, I'm so paranoid!!! I have round candles that float in water, and the other night I blew them out. Later I came downstairs and smelled smoke, and one of the wicks just didn't go out completely . . . just like the start of my first house fire, though that candle had coffee beans embedded in it. Lovely to look at, but coffee beans get hot and explode into flames!

Still . . . I just love these . . . and the stones that have the flames in them . . . sigh! Thanks for this post.

I LOVE my Spirithood. It's so warm and soft and cuddly. Very high quality. I looked at some other lower quality, cheaper ones before I bought it and I just said "screw it" and bit the bullet and bought an original. I only wish I could buy more of them but my husband is under the assumption that only one is necessary. xP
