There are so many problems in the world - maybe there have always been, though of a different nature, and we did not hear about it all so immediately - thank you world-wide web and social media.
The last few years have seen great divides even among friends and family members, and today - Giving Tuesday - could be a start to do what you can personally to put healing and good out. There are a boggling array of good causes - and without being a millionaire we can never do all we would like to. But do not discount that each person doing what they can can move mountains.
I say give your time, your talents, if not your money to the causes closest to your heart and know that someone else is doing the same with other causes, and if we all do just that, things will shift. There is no room for cynicism, and talk is tired at this point - there is only love in action.
So I encourage you to act today - if you can give your coffee money, do. If this is what you can do in a gift's name for their holiday present, definitely do! If you can not do either, then share this post, encourage others to share it and know you are doing your part.
