I haven't personally tried these, and so don't know the quality, but I am putting it here for you to decide for yourself. The idea is good, and I have heard of these lenses… One very talented iPhone macro photographer did see this post and said: "This is what I use for all my Macro photography. Mine is called an Olloclip (all three of these lenses in one). I hear that the magnetic ones work well also."
And they're only $13 for a limited time. Might be worth a try.
