'Tis the Season to Toast

See this lovely bottle? I remember when I bought my first. 'Twas decades ago on Newbury Street in Boston. Never forgot it. Billecart Salmon Brut Rose is fabulous, one of the first ever to be the most delicate pink color. Guys, if you are looking to woo her, this is the bottle... cold and sparkling in a pretty glass. Once unavailable, Absinthe has resurfaced on the scene. Made famous by aristocracy and the bohemian literary crowd in Europe at the end of the 19th century, it has quite a dark history... due to its powerful content. I don't know if it's made of the same stuff today (just like Coca Cola doesn't contain coca leaves anymore), but it's a way to have an experience and give something that's of-the-moment.
