Great Gifts For The Foodie 2017

Just a few for now --

INSTAPOT! All the rage:

Instapots have been around for a few years but in 2017 it's become all the rage - so much so that the NY Times has written about it twice as "a device that combines an electric pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker and yogurt maker in one handy unit — sends even mild-mannered cooks into fits of passion." You can find a zillion all over for prices that work for you, but here is a smaller one my friend has bought and used if you just want a recommendation:  The MINI , 3 qt programmable 7 in one use Instapot for 51.99 at AMAZON.
